Take part in one of our organised activities and get a closer look at Cambodian culture.

Currently we are running the Asian Culinary Arts School.

Open to guests and to non-guests, the school gives a good introduction to the techniques, ingredients and flavours that make the region's cuisine so distinctive. The school runs for a full day, typically from 10am to 4pm

Morning:

•	local market tour and introduction to Asian ingredients
•	making green curry paste
•	cooking jasmine rice
•	green chicken curry
•	spicy & sour lemon grass soup with shrimps
•	Asian-style fish cakes
•	fish soufflé (steamed curried fish in banana leaf cup)
•	sautéed chicken with cashew nuts

Afternoon:

•	demonstration of how to carve carrots and onions
•	spring rolls
•	fried noodles
•	steamed whole pumpkins with coconut custard

Cost per person: $25
